I always thought the Ghost pirate amulet was a 1 of a kind item evented before i started playing (4 - 5 years ago) today i have been hearing from pirates theres actually now 4 in the game and 3 of the owners are in Pirates.
Have these amulets been re-released for the high class pirate players because its to damn overpowered? As far as i know ghost pirate amy was evented years before the other main kingdom items and was not designed as a Pirate item. Am i wrong?

It seems to me the Pirate leadership has deceided they want this amulet because it has "pirate" in its name it must belong to them. But of course i could be wrong.. =/

More because Ghost Pirate was the first leader of CP

Who knows. Maybe with this amazing new "fight over kingdom item stats" idea, a kingdom will be able to do so.

I think it has sustense on it to but i havn't seen one in so long..i have noo problem with it being in existance just it seems its now a item for the high pirates kind of like when yann got given a pirate item on his promotions celebration to the rank he is now ( i forget the item he was given )

When I became the leader of the Military, under Wren's leadership, I got a Zormite Shield of Honor. I thought it was pretty neat.

ZSoH is a cool shield that symbols zormite well, GPA is a item that makes you uber powerful, i noticed yann was selling a RDA has he been given a GPA? because it makes all other amulets null and void it is without a doubt the best amulet in the game, infact quite possibly the best item.

Speaking from a pirates perspective, there have been no ceremonies in recent times where people have been given kingdom items. And I think the "Yann is selling an RDA, so he must have been given a GPA" argument is more then a bit of a stretch.

I just read that back and it sounded rude, I don't mean to say you're accusing anyone or anything, its just RDA's go up for sale from time to time, and they sell for alot and there have been buyers (Googi comes to mind), so now is about the best time I can think of to try and sell one.

I believe the full stats for GPA are Con+2, Dex+1, Speed+1, Sustenance+15. I've actually been trying to snag one of those myself. I know of atleast 2 pirates that have one...I wonder who the third is? har har

I was not accusing Yann of anything..im sorry if it sounded like that. I am mearly trying to find out the situation here i know Pirates have access to thier kingdom items more so then other kingdoms, its not even the fact that they get it for a promotion that i am complaining about (although i don't like it) It's just GPA is a extremly strong item and with to many in the game it causes other stuff to become worthless LIKE the RDA and gives pirates a huge advantage if they are being mass produced.

Also the fact its called a Ghost Pirate amulet and was probably made for Ghost Pirate himself, it seems it was intentional for just the leader of Pirates kind of like the Imperial shield of Dustari.

CP is also wanting to claim the belt that if im correst was never a kingdom item for CP....making out total amount 6 kingdom items

Conclusion: The Ghost Pirate Amulet is too strong as a prize for the pirates/high ranks; it is probably the best item in the game and is being made by someone for the Pirates.

The item was clearly designed for the leader of the Pirates, so I propose that all Ghost Pirate Amulets that have been given out by Alan become Gods gifts including his own (so it cannot be dropped). Then when a new Governor comes along the old should be removed from the ex Governors account and moved to the new.

If something is not done now its going to get completely out of hand, I hear there is a new Samurai belt coming out with is insane something? Crazy...If these items must be Kingdom prizes and not even open to the whole Graal Kingdoms community they need to be strictly for leaders and not tradable and moved between leader to leader when a change in leadership happens. They should also be something with a graphic like a shield or helm or something as a sign of authority but not a hidden item like an amulet.

At the very least I don't think anymore GPA's should be made.

GP says he made it as a gift to be evented away only ONCE, and was to be a memento of his contributions.

The intent was definatly for the item to be one-of-a-kind, and not a kingdom item.

Yann isn't even selling his RDA...if he were, he would have immediately traded it for my Pirate Shield. There are so many overpowered items out there...let's just leave it alone, shall we? ;)

Ghost Pirates Amulet was given away as an event prize for ghost pirates memory. It is NOT a CP item and it was never intended to be. All the GPA's should be deleted and the one that Torankusu has should stay on his account, tucked away for all eternity.

Why in this thread have i had 2 posts deleted that were part of my argument? also in my last post half of one of my sentences was removed randomly which makes it looks like i can't type correctly..

Anyways i remember Yann a few weeks ago was sending out many mass messages about selling a RDA and just to be completely clear i was not blaming him or insulting him and am starting to wish i didn't mention him with all the people kicking up about it.

I made this thread because i don't understand the situation and would like it very much if Bjorn, Sam or something official could be posted in this thread because i would very much like to know how many there is etc and for what reasons they were given out and if anymore are going to be released. Again just to be clear i am not insulting the pirates kingdom in anyway i just want to understand :)

Fact is Ghost Pirate Ammulet was always meant to be one of a kind. The original one was held by either wren or Akira, after they quit Raziel was in possesion of it. Then it was traded back and forth and Tig ended up getting banned with it (THE ORIGINAL) The ones Alan and Sam have were staff made special for them. May not be fair but they are going to do it whether anyone likes it or not. Instead of complaining make a cool kingdom item for your kingdom like Samurai is doing that can be the equivalent to the GPA. They cant deny you the right to do that after making 2 GPA for to high ranking CP members.

Any overpowered item being "invented" and then given out to already outrageously powerful and rich people is just a way to divide the gap between rich and poor as Gryffon said. I'd say if any new items like that are made they should be like the Zormy honor shield and untradeable. Can be worn and seen, but doesn't do too much for your stats, and it cant be sold for 7 RoW's because its a one of a kind.

Obviously they will never be removed so what i said would be only way to make it more even.

Alright, Zero, you need to definitely learn to read before you decide to delete posts that have absolutely nothing to do with the reason you deleted it. I was responding to Draenin stating that if we take away the GPA from Alan's account that we need to take away all the kingdom items from everyone, but I responded with the fact that the GPA is NOT a kingdom item and Alan has no right to have it.

Sam only said that he believes Alan is the only one with it because he was saying that HE doesn't have one as well.
