I have satelite. It's the best connection I can get where I live. As soon as they run Cable out here, I'll be sure to get it, but there's nothing to "fix" with my connection. =/. I've even contacted my ISP provider and they said nothing could be done to speed up the connection.

I'm not complainging about natural laggers. I'm complainging about the amount of people who lag themselves so that they win spars but delaying by 3 seconds and you have to triple guess their movements ahead of time to hit them - and even then, they warp around, making it almost impossible. It needs to stop. You don't spar, as you said, so if we had some sort of way to kick people from spars, or PK arenas, a certain script we could use to boot people out would be excellent, and it would deeply improve the sparring and pking communities.
