I'm sure you're all aware that it was "mid next month" in Stefan time. Which means it's really "mid next year", I believe? :P

Maybe a couple more hours or days? Bugs were fixed and found prior to the original release date so they were being fixed to please the players. What good would it be if it were to be released with all of those bugs VIP users found were still not fixed? It's well worth the wait now though.

I certainly cant wait for v4 for classic accounts and gs2 activation for classic servers. There will be so much Mayhem with the servers relizeing they have tons of broken scripted. Maybe v4 can stop all these speed hackers ruining graal. Graal Security sucks O_o improve that next you lazy bum before someone amazing hacks your account database and changes everything.

¿Que?

Oh my, he looks like an expert on internet security.

Seriously though. I don't think GS2 activation is mandatory...

It depends on when the versions for Linux and Mac come out.

I was told that Linux and Mac versions need to come out before Graal 4 can become 'public'.

If you look around the forums, it is being said that those versions are almost done.

Stefan said that Linux version is completed except for the options menu.
Hope all is released soon, I'm a Linux and a Classic P2P user so yeah... I might have a while to wait.

V3 is laggy as hell and thats the only version currently avaliable for Linux users.

Perhaps you should update your graphics drivers.

There is a difference between wanting a new Graal version and needlessly asking the same question over and over.

The answer: The updates will be posted on their own. You don't have to ask for them .

The reason classic accounts can't use v4 yet is because it still has bugs and isn't finished. VIP got it really early because thats what VIP is for. Read the description of VIP on the upgade account page. It gets to test new things before they are released to the rest of the players. Just be patient. You'll get it soon enough. And please, stop posting every few hours asking when its going to be released. The date is unknown and Stefan will post about it when there is any news.

Do us all a favour, then, and post the problems you have.

We cannot solve these problems if we do not know about them.

Erm.. okay well I think it takes alot of RAM with its flashy effects like with Direct3D and etc. Transparency and etc, I dont think its because my pc is crap either. And neither is my video card.. Eventually though the game freezes.. infact everything does and its hard for me to move my mouse around. It think it also has problems with windows media player because whenever I listen to my playlist after a while it buggers up.

AMD XP 3000+ 2.16ghz Radeon 9600 ATi v/c.

What operating system are you using?

Also, are your drivers for graphics, sound (etc) up to date?

Does this happen with the latest version of Graal 4?

Same thing happens to me.. like after it freezes, the screen becomes a low resolution and I get an error message.

Except I use an Intel 82845G Graphics Controller. (An older computer doesn't have this problem)
And it happens more frequently with Winamp open

I just want version 4 to be released so I don't have to worry about gs1 clientside. It's just not flexible at all, gs1.

You've only asked about a million times. I don't think asking a million and one times will help.

You can either:
  • Ask over and over again (while angering some people in the process).
  • Wait until an annoucement.

No matter what choice you make, you'll get an announcement regarding the classic release of v4 around the same time.

Well, I dought V4 will ever go to classic accounts. Stefan and them need to make some money as always. It's a brilliant marketing technique.
