Like Moonie, I also think it's good that you are trying hard at it. However, before you expand your work too much, perfect what's there already. If you've got 400 levels undetailed, it will be a pain to go over them all again at a later date. Working at a low level for X amount of time and then improving it over Y amount of time won't give the same result.

Don't move onto the next level until you're completely satisfied with the one you have been working on. You'll find it much easier to develop a good standard of levels that way.

You have the potential to make your server great, but only if you think realistically.
