and email name you could try e-mail support. Tig and Bell have been very helpful to me in the past. But then again, Tig kinda know's me pretty well so confirming my identity is pretty easy. < Email Tig, Bell, AND Gabriel, and support (x3), lol
Your best bet is just be patient and they will respond... <---- 6 days?
