Something I noticed while I was carrying an excessive amount of weight (house supplies).
As of now, my speed cap is 1.5, and the lower speed cap is 1.0. However, when I got in the water, I was unbelievably slow, as if my speed was 0.1 or 0.2. Could either be a minor overlook or totally intentional, not sure. Just wanted to let people know if they didn't.
