My coloring sucks but I just put it at a different angle than yours. Plus you used a black outline, which is OK but it looks weird. Now There are way to many colors you used sorry if I added some though.

Ok, first of all the shape is awkward, not sure how it's a jetpack. Shading is fine and dandy but you also have to realise that you need to portray depth in your thing, not just a lightsource.
