(I remember way back they didn't, and this was extremely problematic for AOL users and such).
Haha, I remember when I was accounts administrator I was living with my sister at the time and she had AOL. I had to sign on/sign off about 10-15 times to be able to get the right first two series of numbers so I could log on RC.
