When we actually do happen to get one, I think it's a poorly organized one:

This infraction is worth X point(s) and may result in restricted access until it expires. Serious infractions will never expire.

It's not clear, it's not precise. I propose something more organized:

Dear poor, hapless soul,

You have recieved an infraction worth X amount of points. It will expire in X days.

Official Reason: insert text-book reason here
Administrative Notice: some random related notes here about your infraction. Usually a statement of disbelief or their disappointment. Sometimes a cheap jab at you.
