I feel a need to post this. What does it matter if you feel administrator's did not contribute properly? At this point, little is going to be done about a bad Christmas, other than to plan for the next one.
The best thing that can be done is for the development team to focus on the future to ensure that next year's Christmas is not a letdown, much like this Christmas proved to be. |
