It would be cool if there were trophies for all the quests. You could put them in your house maybe? And if you're planning on having time limits for quests you can give out gold, silver and bronze trophies.
I also noted that you talked about completing quests without taking any damage, maybe a platinum trophy or a special item that you can upgrade a job item (fishing pole, shovel, pick axe, etc) that make the item(s) more efficient?
