I think several servers are hosted on a single machine and its not like they dont pay for the server space. You have to pay some ammount of money to get hosted for 6 months and if you dont pay again then they take it away.

If the free for life goes away so many people will stop playing. The people who actually play will be in ghost town servers.

I do agree, I mean I personally do not see people spending money to be able to fly on Graal Kingdoms.

I would rather upgrade if I saw a major addition that would affect most players in general.

find quarters, pick them up and I'll have enough money to keep my graal

Look at you, oh so big.

Often the updates made to Graal are for the benefit of the game, whether that be adding to existing projects or aiding future ones. It is like Unixmad said before, Cyberjoueurs is a company. They need to make decisions for themselves on top of listening to the players.

...Yea a nice simple fact is your doing updates that players rlly dont care about....for example. Why would a normal everyday player who doesnt develop care about new scripting fuctions. They dont care about the scripts or how the game is made at all. They just want a good game.

Focus on the normal everyday player more instead of all the developers.

And if free for life classic goes away at this point in time with not 1 good server then I for one wont be playing graal. Only reason I even bother to log on myself is because of the community that I used to enjoy playing this game with for the last 6 years.

You deserve to get slapped in the head for that. A lot of these scripting functions are used on the servers they play every day and it makes them have more stuff and gameplay to do etc..

Why don't we just revert back to the first release of GS2 and we will never ever update it.. you will see tons of stuff you are not gonna play w/ etc... stupid post ever.

Please just stop right there. People who play WoW dont know about how the game was made and guess what they personally dont care either. I dont go around on Battle Field 2 and ask people "So when are they going to add a new scriptiong function". I ask "So when are they going to add a new weapon".

You just need to comprehend what Im saying. New scripting functions is not real updates a normal players eyes new gameplay on the other hand is. Scripting = somthing new for a developers /gameplay = somthing for the player. Wow@your ignorance.

"When are you going to add a new weapon"

The response could be like this: " When theres a new scripting function that allows me to target your ass and shoot it at you (like a homing missle)

TADA?

Do you relize that a lot of everyday gamers and most of them dont even know what a script looks like or infact what a script is? But let me stop Im not going to make this a back and forth arguement between me and you. Im going to wait for other responses.

Spark910 has a spectacular aura about
I do agree this game lacks CONTENT updates from the top (i.e: Stefan, who can do very good things). Graal 2001, Zone, GK and Classic are all examples of good projects where content updates were being made by Stefan and all were good (yes, I know others helped/took over). But over the last few years there has not been many content updates.

Zone is more of a revival by Stefan. Originally it was made by Angel and I think Dell? Bloo Kat had made the original graphics. :[

I was more referring to from now on. I was not saying to take it away from those who already have it.
Do you really think that the owners will listen to anything you have to say when you post so hatefully?

Agreed, who wouldn't leave graal after that?

He should advertise, and offer new things, additional things (not important additions to the system, such as flying...unless it's just something that happens when the zoom factor is changed), should also be offered to vip/gold.
Also, you could update the website more often, and have ads on there, and google ads on these forums. Ads in game have even been suggested. And you yourself have to make some advertisements for graal already, that's how you get new customers!

That is owned on so many levels.

You need to make some ads and keep a updated website. Honestly if it wasnt for a google search of Zelda online I woulda never found this and I know alot of other people wouldent. Now the website a inactive website scares people away. Also relax on the moderation im not in prision or Cuba here.

They want to make money while serving their chosen category. If it was simply "PEOPLE HAVE MONEY WE WANT IT" they'd open strip bars, opium dens, and firearm shops.

Listening to players does not mean doing everything that they say.
I am positive that ideas, and suggestions have been read by Unixmad and Stefan.

Yes the most fundimental thing for a succesful business the customer is always right even when they are wrong; Change your standerds to meet that of your target customer / current customers, always keep your clients happy and they will keep you happy.

Zzz time to prove my point i have 5 accounts and I will be quite pissed if I have to reupgrade everyone of them because classic for life gos away.

The problem is that the business will lose it's solvency unless it makes decisions for itself. A business like Cyberjoueurs needs to make money to keep the day-to-day operations going, even if the users slightly disagree with some measures. There has to be a balance.

Do you really think that the owners will listen to anything you have to say when you post so hatefully?
Learn how to post constructively, and your opinion might be heard/read.
Now your a grown woman, does that rlly sound fair or a smart idea to you? Cause Im pretty sure if I knew some people had classic for life free accounts and I didnt because I joined at a later time Id be pretty PO.

Unixmad is asking for a Solution soo... Im going to say somthing simple and not very complex.

Solution:Focus on a new server that is not 3D but yet 2d and Brings a lot of interactive content that to a "new" or current graal player would seem professional and fun.
