As much as I don't want to say it,
I agree.
Without the updates, its an absolute failure.
Perhaps even in a worst form than the initial.

You can't place expectations on leaders as you would in the other system...

A stupid shop isn't going to do anything for the gang system. Everyone will get the prizes in a week and then be bored again.

I'd say they both are terrible.
Rationally, a shop or reward system would make a great deal of difference to the current gang system because the entire system is based on POINTS. o.O?
Change such a major factor, and the effects would be just as major.

Gang activity is down, gang members *****ing is up. Leads me to think the current system is inherently broken.
The old system wasn't perfect, no. I had a lot of problems with it, personally. But it was better than this one.
