it peaks at 15 players a day, something needs to be done. GK was actually playable and decent when it came out, and now its sooo sad to even look at. Make it classic, have a reset. Peace.

Putting it into the classic tab would definitely get some more players interested, but there is a lot more that needs to be changed on GK.

Putting it on classic get more payers and better gelat market.

Your editing is incorrect. I was talking about the fact that some known people use GK as platform to sell items for real money.

Graal Online is dying - there are fewer players in total.

If the minimal game "Graal Classic: The Adventure" can sell like hotcakes on the iPhone then why can't it make the cut on the PC client?

Because all of the content on Graal is developed by the players. If Graal's iPhone version existed as just development tools, ask people to pay to use them and then make their own content to play on, they wouldn't have a massive playercount either.

Graal needs quality dedicated/gold/official servers to set the bar for everyone else.

Not going to make it classic. Not changing management. Not resetting it.

Not discussing any of the above because it's already been discussed to death.

However, we do have plans for improvement and hopefully these will be ready in the near future. I agree, it's really in a sad state right now. I do not want to close this thread, but I can already see where it is going.

So I'd like to know what happens to the money people payed for a working game. Will they get a free month playing or something? There is barely supporting staff online (at last in the european timezone) if you have any problems.

I personally think you did a great job when you were just promoted, but there haven't been anything done of value for months and months again. I'm positive GK would benefit a lot more by having a Manager who's not a global and can spend 100% of their time on making GK a better place, and I don't think you can commit to that anymore.

Could make it Classic and put certain items in the graal shop. Nothing too good such as weapons or armour but maybe exp increases and house upgrade scrolls which will still generate some sort of in-come from Graal Kingdoms making it a priority for improvement.

GK players love aesthetics so that - house upgrade scrolls - could definitely work. I could never support usd'd experience. Could also make new hair styles and clothes gelat items only. If it was cool enough, heck I'd buy some clothes and hair.

I highly doubt anything that is coming out (omg quarterly update) would make GK worthy of the title of "gold".

The problem GK is that it has been broken / needing improvements for a really long time (even before Tig was Manager) making the job of improvement much much harder, plus GK doesn't really have a stable development team.

You used the "quarterly" updates as minor bug fixes. Bugs should be remedied as they come up, not used in lieu of actual additions to the game

theres a lot of problems when it comes to quality updates but thats due to manpower, the will to get **** done, irl, and the fact that the majority of worthwhile developers are now busy

what matters the most is accepting where you stand and letting the people you work with know. for example i let people know im incredibly slow and procrastinate but eventually get things done~

A good way to make your playercount think you're actually doing something is by telling them you're actually doing something, it's always nice to see a weekly update, no matter how minor it is.

It's hard to feel like there's been actual change when you see things like outdated links in the login server pm (Quarter 3 2009 Update News), and because of that threads like these get created.

As ideal as that sounds, you can't honestly expect someone to be 100% dedicated when Manager of GK doesn't pay the bills or help with future credentials at all.

With GK in it's current state, I wouldn't even pay monthly classic fees for it. Hell, I can't even stand playing it as a trial.
