It's not adding Thread Views or Attachment downloads.

Recent threads are showing no views. and no downloaded attachments. Even though they have been viewed or downloaded several times.

Ive noticed that too. So have many other people...but does it really matter? They dont mean anything.

Matters to me. Every time I get a forum PM, it doesn't mark as read...so it notifies me each time I load a new page...only way out is to delete the message.

No, I think that's because of the incorrect clock. Wait a while and it stops prompting you.
