I think the question was more geared toward asking why an Online video game has to limit what Guilds can be named because of laws.

I think it's a pretty valid question. I mean, I can register Crayola.com but can't have a guild named Crayola. (Hypothetically)

The term Turks didn't come from FF. Ever heard of Turks, people from the country of turkey? Ottoman turks also. You can't copyright a term that has been around since the medevil times.....

Well for the Guilds yes some of them could be copyrighted from a show or anything a cartoon...A long time ago on Delteria they made a Hooters and had to take it down cause they got a threat letter from em saying that they would sew if they didnt, tahts what some admins said atleats
