Successfully built the Mac version, need to figure out how to distribute it properly now:

I believe to properly distribute it you need to make sure you compile it for the correct version of mac. The build target version will be the minimum OS X version required to execute it. So if your target is 10.4, anyone running Mavericks or newer will be able to open it. But people who are using older system's will not. I know a lot of people use older versions then Mavericks or Yosemite.

However, I don't know how to answer packaging it Very happy you got it compiled, and excited to get the update Were you able to use Xcode after all?

I still have some Mac-specific fixing to attempt. Packaging shouldn't be that hard it'll just be a matter of learning how gtk-mac-bundler works.

In the long-term the UI really needs to be re-written to use Qt or something like that as GTK is meh.

I used MacPorts to get the libs/includes I needed. I really only used XCode to install gcc and whatever it included and to make a couple changes to some source files.

The first letter of the accounts are also "Green". Same when chatting, first letter always green too.

Edit2: Also not able to drag files INTO the filebrowser. Download from Filebrowser works.

Remove the spaces from your custom time stamp then it should work fine.

Don't know why File browser doesn't work properly though.

If I were to guess, I'd say it's trying to list only the servers in which my account appears in the server options. Not sure why Kingdoms' live server would be on there, or Zodiac Dev...but that just my guess.

RC2 does the same thing. They changed the configuration on the serverlister to only show servers you're staff on.

Whatever they did doesn't appear to be working properly.

Can we get the whole list of servers back? It was pretty usefull. It shouldnt hurt anyone too.

Would it be possible to set up a favorites option for servers? Keep your favorites at the top and sort the rest by name/player count.

Is it possible to use any of the features from your scripted debugger in the external rc? Could be pretty cool. Also, SQL Explorer. Would be amazing to be able to use external rc for those

You could use a scripted chat channel and text commands to make your own debugger.

Download an SQLite DB Viewer and set your .db extension to open it. Could make a scripted channel to do this too.

I also noticed with my new accout Carlito, i have to add it to server options twice. If i just do Carlito, i cant see delteria. If i just add carlito(lower case c) it says i dont have the right graal version. If i add them both it works. Seems like it only happens with newly created accounts. This happens with both rc2 and rc3. And my account is Carlito with a capital c.

I have had a similar issue with newly hired staffs on iEra using accounts that were created recently, the server would only apear in the serverlister a few days after being added to the server options.

Packaging is still in progress with the Mac version but it's more than me working on it now.

I've experienced the windows kinda lagging out where my cursor is stuck as the edit-cursor. I have to close that window through the task bar then. Happens to random windows, can't really reproduce the bug. I'm using windows 7, 64bit

While working on testbed I've seen this display error:

In the RC Chat tab:

Can the servers and guilds tab of the players list window in rc be changed to have an option if you want to see the player's account, or community? All these Graal716137 can be tricky to work with. Or showing both even?

Weird thing is that it has listed servers for me, while it didn't work for someone else (but RC2 has loaded the servers for him)

EDIT: same thing is happening to me as well now, RC3 won't load servers but RC2 can

Any chance the playlist window can be updated to work better? When I look up people by guild I get a lot of guilds with no people in it :o Or is that something that they need to update on the other end?
