While your concern is valid, this isn't a very good way of arguing it. It would be much better to say that the issue of the game lacking professionalism in its staff isn't helped by the fact that as Classic account users disappear, more staff are having to continually re-upgrade, which for most people simply isn't worth it.

I would even go as far to say that it's a vicious cycle, the less professional PC Graal staff appear to be, the less likely effort is to be put towards resolving the subscription problem, which in turn hinders the stability of staff teams, and reduces the potential for newer players to stay around long enough to obtain significant server experience necessary for a mature staff member.
