Dusty should get something out of this. I mean...he only made your tileset thats used on multiple servers seen by thousands of people a day...no big deal.

Although, really...they will probably just offer him gralats or something like that...don't know if its worth it.

When you make things available for free and don't attach any kind of license to it you shouldn't be surprised or expect any kind of reimbursement for your work when it actually gets used.

Not saying I don't think he shouldn't get some sort of thanks for what he did but it's a little late now to start asking for checks.

Indeed.

But, a general shift in atmosphere to something more pleasant would really be welcome at this point. Licensing might be one piece of that puzzle, maybe not.

Normally we have asked the people who made the graphics, we have also remade some graphics on request (the trees).

About the VIP accounts: right now we have 1795 VIP accounts. In 11 cases some items or onlinetime were lost, we will restore them tomorrow. Sorry for the problems.

Can you enable pasting into text boxes? Having to type out long-ass shield filenames (lol I originally typed codes..) when setting shields and stuff isn't fun.

A bug I noticed is that guild houses don't work on the facebook server. At least transferred guild houses from an iPod account don't. Also have you considered disabling pausing on the server from users playing with their PCs? It's a little irritating when invading players pause while trying to take over your tower preventing you from killing them. It is albeit a very minor thing.

haha I had fun with that. I stood in a pk area and said "kill me for 9999999 gralats and an admin ticket" and so many people tried to kill me XD

I was sparring on Classic Facebook for a couple of hours and bought the character customization package. I decided to buy the VIP subscription, logged onto Classic iPhone and none of my stats/hours/guilds transferred. I also lost my character customization. I was under the impression that when i bought the VIP subscription, my stats/hours/guilds from Classic Facebook would then be transferred to my VIP account. Will you transfer my stats/hours/guilds/char. customization package to my VIP account?

If you buy VIP directly on the login server then it's not transferring stuff, but you can login without VIP to the server and then login to the account and it will transfer. We are working on improving this.

About guild houses: you have separate houses on Classic iPhone and Classic Facebook, you will need to create a new one on the Facebook server (free).

Update for Internet Explorer: the tab-key is no longer tabbing the address bar or so, you can use it for chatting inside Graal Shortcuts for emoticons still don't work (Ctrl+S etc.), for that you will need to use Safari, Chrome, Firefox or Opera. Since there are no keys on iPhone & Co either you can however show emoticons by typing text, e.g. : ) : ; : p etc.

Yes but everytime I create a guild house on the Facebook server, it will say I've entered when I really have not. In addition it will keep asking me to create a new guild house. Also is it just me or has pause been removed? Can anyone confirm this?

I had a question regarding the VIP.
I purchased the VIP package today and my account "reset" per say. I started over.
If for some reason I do not want to keep the VIP package after my month is over, will my account reset again or will I still have everything just can not access the VIP features?

Also is there a way to save your location when you log back on?

Stefan, do you mind if you make Q a shortcut to your character's inventory on Classic Facebook? Same with M for map. It would help alot with accessing my inventory to change my item hotkeys, and accessing the map.

Also if your typing and someone kills you, all of your text is deleted.

You mean Q for opening the player profile (because you have two shortcuts so you still need to click on the right icon) ? That and M should be easy to add.

Also, there's a bug where if a player kills you while you are typing, all of your typed text is deleted.

Oh, and also could you add text commands for putting on your guildtag and stuff? I don't like having to go through like 4 menus to put it on.

Like if you said guildtag then the name of your guild, it would put on your guildtag, like how if you already say "kills" it shows you your kills.

I've just discovered that the app works on Chrome again once I've deleted all of my previous browsing data/temporary files for the time it was first loaded within.
It's working again on the 2nd attempted load so I'm not sure if that issue was a one-time thing or not.

I'd also like to say that it's interesting how many former players of the real Classic have came to me over the last few days, who didn't really know what to expect of it as they hadn't glimpsed the iPhone server but been curious due to its success, and have expressed their disappointment at how dis-similar to Classic it is.

I personally don't see the issue so much as one of similarity, more a matter of quality.
Ofcourse we've seen that Quest preview video, and it was my understanding that a new/remade intro was going to be implemented, unless this is a form of open-beta test (which I haven't noticed any evidence to suggest) it may have been beneficial to implement these alongside the Facebook server for the sake of an improved first impression.

Stefan has clearly put in an exceptional amount of effort on top of working on several simultaneous other projects to get this whole thing operational, and that can only be admired, but I do wish attempts would be made to "improve" Graal before attempts are made to "expand" it.

Yeah that's the first time I've noticed the term "open beta", bit strange as I haven't seen this link to the app officially publicised anywhere.
Also if this truly is an open beta it may have been better to test the base game first before allowing people to purchase VIP, which again the issues experienced may have been detrimental to first impression.

One other error I've noticed is that when on the FB server it often shows that my "Friends" are offline, when in reality they are online.

I just happened to stumble upon it, because I was looking for the origin of the flag object. :P
I wanted to see if it was hosted on one of Graal's websites.
And it led me there; so, no, it hasn't been publicized.

It's using the device/Facebook id as identification. We will eventually also add a way to disallow devices/Facebook ids later, can also be good for PC Graal.

Can you enable pasting into text boxes? Having to type out long-ass shield filenames (lol I originally typed codes..) when setting shields and stuff isn't fun.
