I believe what he's trying to say is "We contribute towards this games funds for the game we are currently paying and because of our contribution, we are entitled to knowing as to why the content we're being promised of, which we've helped through our support" has been delayed.

i feel like the most logical solution to the server problem is to pay for better and more servers. you gotta spend money to make money, loosen those pockets a little stefan it'll pay off in the end.

Server infrastructure doesn't make existing applications magically scale themselves or entirely resolve performance issues.
