I'm guessing that they were made today?

Also, while email addresses are nice, nothing beats a help desk. Just don't be stupid and go back to the same software that gets hacked over and over again.

Or they can just have the company that makes the software provide the hosting (and in turn, the security). All the reputable companies have hosting services.
