It's already been stated that Zodiac is in need of development, and apparently has future development plans. You don't have to waste money to work on Zodiac, hell, you don't even need money to contribute to Under Construction servers. If you really are the "best on Graal" and they've got problems that you can identify, why don't you go and fix them, or at least contribute towards a fix? This is one of the servers that is on display for all new players, it has has a high regular playercount and possibly the lowest quality content, therefore you would also be contributing to the overall issue that is being discussed. Productive.
