so i have a system made, it has effects such as blind, poison etc. i was wondering if...

• One
  ----Over time, the effects just went away.
• Two
  ----Over a long time they went away, however you can also cure the effects with magic and items
• Three
  ----Never went away and you had to use items or magic [from other people too] to get rid of the effect
