17 years ago on October 30th Zones current Events Chief was born a child so grand, so spectacular that it changed the world, we now call it a catastrophe but that's not important.
On Wednesday November 7th 2007 Zones new Events Chief was chosen. With the selection an idea surfaced, an Event-a-Palooza (cheers)

Event-a-Palooza will take place on Nov 17th (time to be announced)

Event-a-Palooza will contain me hosting off one of each event weapon to a lucky batch of people, inbetween I will also be hosting off bombs and moneys.
Other Ets are allowed to come on and if they ask me nicely enough they will be allowed to host some of the events, because I'm awesome :] and kinda lazy x[

The rules for Event-a-Palooza will be:
No hiding
No Teaming (if seen, only if seen you WILL be removed and locked and killed possibly)
Healing is fine until the last two people.
The last two people MUST spar each other back to back, if either starts before my mark they will be removed.
Last two people can heal to full before match starts
Running is fine until the last 6 people.
Warning: These are MY rules, rules may vary from ET to ET. Please keep away from small children as there are small pieces and may cause choking and excessive seizures.

Some new rules now that I'm ET Chief

ALL Ets must run Event Weapons they are hosting off by me, if not the weapon will be considered illegal and will be removed along with the ET (this is only because I love you so much hugs and kisses)

Event Weapons can only be hosted off on weekends (I can make exceptions), if they're hosted on week days (except exceptions), without proper advertisement (via forums, massing reminders on Zone), and/or without my permission the weapon will be removed and the ET will also be removed :]

If you aren't hosting or going to check if hackers, or if people are breaking rules (boxing doors, swearing, innapropriate remarks, pestering Ets (see pulling a Tenchry and Pulling a dude2020))you must be off your Events Tag, the staff tag I don't care about ex. Mightylord (Staff)
You will get a penalty if you're on your tag and idling. 3 and you're out.

Some hirings:
I am going to be hiring some Planet Admins, so forum pm me an application with the following:
Hours played (must have over 100)
Amount of time you can be on a day (generalize, don't need SPECIFIC, round it off or something)
Time's you can be on and time zone you are in.
Main language MUST be English or if not prove to me that you have good English skills.
If you were Planet Admin and you were fired your application WILL be disregarded.

*Pulling a Tenchry
Insulting by using religion as an insult, insulting intelligence, pie making skills
*Pulling a dude2020
Bothering Ets deliberatly because you don't like them or just because you want to

I was still ET when I was classic...aka a trial running around hosting events. It really doesn't have an affect on the position.

I think I cover a good 3-4 hour chunk each day though. Thats when most questions would come in. I don't see why you can't idle with tag on if you are answering questions so you are shown under the playerlist. Thats his call though.

(Staff) tag isn't meant to show in the Staff section, just for Staff vs. Server events etc.

Yeah am wondering myself like jkool asked. Because normally i will go on tag to make sure iricia is alright and to host but normally get caught up in pm's too. I don't need to get fired for doing my job.

A solution to this could be to make it so that, (Staff) appears as a Administrator on the Server, like (Events Team).

I thought the tags already showed up. But I mean having tag on and doing nothing, like just standing there staring at the wall, however fun it MAY be.
Also, the hosting of event items only include Bps, Rps, and Reapers. Weekend events need to be run through me and also no one can host off more then 300 of a single bomb a day and max of 1000 money a day.

Ok, new rule.
If an ET is hosting another ET can't go in unless they say ok.
There is no changing rules or weapons IN matches if you do so you will be warned 2 times. I don't tolerate people changing weapons of someone elses events then going "oopsie" and getting away with it. Use F7 Ets and check who is on tag.

Since this part is apparently unclear, the weekend events that need to be run through me are Event Weapons only, grenades or whatever are fine.

Another Rule:

Ok, from now on Events Team members must post on the forums (in the Events Information thread) if you're hosting an event weapon off a day or two before hosting in the event information. You must also state the rules that will be happening during that day, you can't change any rules, people are well aware of the rules, and no one can complain about the rules being changed. So make sure you THINK the rules you want through. Also say weapon(s) that will be used and prize that will be won.

PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAVE SET EVENT WEAPON CANNOT COMPETE

Ok for this weekends Event-A-Palooza
The Blue pistoles event weapon(s) of choice will be Melee weapons.
The Red Pistoles Event Weapon of choice will be Apripper
The Reapers Event weapon of choice will be Appirces.

The Events will begin at 10:00 am EST and I will start it off with some bombs then work my way into the big prizes.
