DirectX Problem when going FullScreen

I had a Graal up, so I opened another one and I noticed that if you go fullscreen with anything, either Graal or any other game that goes fullscreen you get an error about DirectX. It says something like "DirectX could not be initialized, please download it from www.microsoft.com". There is also a window that popup that says "Access violation at address 6C756F63. Read of address 6C756F63". It never goes away.

Well, I was messing with it and I tried using full screen with the Graal that has a directx problem and it fixed it.. But still that is kinda annoying, it happened on Graal v4 too just that it was a white screen.

Well, I tried it with GW and it didn't work.. Same with Oblivion and it didn't work but when it crashed it gave the DirectX error.. And it always happens with 2 graals on.

Yes that is exactly what I get on XP PRO x64. It seems anoying because the only way to restore the window that fails to initialize is by fullscreen mode, which ustablalizes the other.
