Guild CP bug

I have a guild member I wish to remove but the account is all numbers. When I select Remove in the edit members section I get this:

Its an obvious bug since I'm not tryng to remove myself, I'm attempting to remove this:

Named account players there is no problem with.

Also, people can't seem to be able to leave guilds, only be kicked.
