He could be buttering his bread. That analogy is not similar though since the 'cigarette' in question is clearly a rolled up joint

Rolling your own cigarettes is also quite popular in Germany, you pay less tax than for normal cigarettes. So it is not that clear But if it's annoying for a lot of people we could also disable that particular mouth-type, although you don't see the avatar of other peoples that huge in the game, except if you select the cartoon avatars in the card games.
