Problems with moving ranks (new kingdom gui problem?)

There always seem to be problems with editting ranks, but the latest one is that I can't add any new ones correctly. When I give them a valid parent name, the new rank still shows up at the bottom and never trees under the correct parent. It can't be editted and work either. Once this is fixed, I'll get to work on adding new CP ranks (one's with phys & wis requirements, etc.).

I have noticed that most the new ranks show near the bottom. Until now I though that was intentional.

Can't you just move them after you created them? I know drakeero had to do that with Prince rank for zormite.

Moving them means having the parent rank you type in that field recognized so that it actually goes under the parent rank you specify. That is what is not working.

Actually, Drakeero renamed a old rank that wasn't in use, Raven. =3
