Suggestion: New grenades and Mines

In real life grenades rebound off walls and different objects, yet it Zone they explode on contact. Maby rebounding grenades could be used for chucking into a group of people, and instead of blowing a few people up using the EOC you aim the grenade properly so it blows up more. Make the time around 2-3 seconds so that the people who see the grenade have to act fast. Also make them smaller than normal grenades, so that they are harder to see.

Another suggestion would be Sticky grenades. You could use these to stick to walls of a base, for example if you see someone running towards a base just through the grenade onto the it. Or even better it could stick to the person, but that might be lame. Oh and make them have a little farther range otherwise you might as well use normal grenades.

Also a new mine idea. Remote control mines, simple enough really. Place a mine on the ground then hit the button and BOOM! Maby it should be 2 handed so that S places the mine and D blows it up. Tell me what you think.

I don't understand why everyone gives a damn about Punctuation and Grammar and Paragraphing. Most people in the world don't know how to type flawlessly and if you're looking for perfect forums I bid you good god damn luck. o_o;

It makes things easier to read. Although the thread starters posted was easy enough for me to read.

As for the ideas They seem pretty good. The more weapons on a server such as Zone the better I think. Only difficulty I can see is getting their damage correct so they are not to powerful or to weak.

So basicly you just went on to timesplitters 3 and thought y cant 3d weapons be used in a 2d game? Your thinking of timed grenades the 1's we have atm is a pressure grenade wich blows up on contact wich really doesnt make sense cause i thought Frags were timed grenades xD. Timed mines are a good idea but you know people would just rather use proximities instead because instead of u having to still have your remote equiped to set off the mines they will just blow up anyway even if u have a diferent gun equipt :P
How about laser trigerd mines u place them on the wall and a laser shoots out if somone trips the laser the mine explodes :O

Most people (or close to it) in the world have probably never used a computer in their life. Everybody who posts here obviously have used a computer, and for most of them english is their first, or second language. It would seem logical that they have some sort of basic english writing skills. It's not that hard to transfer those writing skills to typing skills.

Edit: Also, my grenade ideas/graphics were never put to use which is kind of depressing... I thought they were neat. If your interested in grenades in the game, check the thread out, post some comments.

Huwajux's typing isn't as bad as 95% of the Zone forums, Mag. Anyway, it's not bad at all. Very good idea with the remote detonated mines.
