Then just keep it npc ran, I still believe people would go there to win money, act as a dealer etc...

Yes but players should be able to take over the NPC and do it then when they get bored leave and the NPC will come back. yes!

Yes npc could act as a dealers as well, for when nobody is there. I really want to put the casino back in to use. The current one is just redic.... look at the max bidding, 5$ and max being won is 10$. Tables also only allows ONE person which is why I NEVER go there personally.
