Extent in onCreated wrong

I noticed a lot that if I try to resize GUI's and such dependent on GraalControl.width/height on the onCreated() function of a weapon, most of the time the GUI's will be sized wrongly until the weapon is updated again.

For whatever reason, GraalControl.height will return screenheight for a few moments(I've noticed upwards to .15 seconds), even if it's not the same visually(hidden or visible taskbar). This can create some really annoying bugs and force scripters to actually have to wait and delay resizing and placement of GUI's and even showimgs if they're created initially on login.
