Fix the Servertime

Read title, make the servertime Clock faster, as its clearly behind. See picture.

When its 11:09 AM EST, the servertime should read 17:09 Servertime. Someone please un-noob it.

It gradually became messed up, so it must be a little slow. Right now it appears to be 26 minutes slow.
