Video Capture issue

Hey guys, I have a rather annoying issue with my video capturing device on graal. I've never had a problem with it before until now, which is probably because I'm on vista, but I'm not positive.

Anyways, the problem is that whenever I take a video of graal, on any server with any settings, it comes out as a totally white video and you can't see anything. Help on this would be appreciated!

Alright so I read the first post previously, and found that it hadn't helped me too much... but the next post about the screenshots being blank and crono's idea worked. I just had to do that and then switch my recordings to WMV, although WMV files came out white as well before It was fixed.

The other three recording types still don't work (For me), but that's alright. Thanks for the help guys.

You might miss some codecs then, I think you can get them on the Login server. Just hit the "Start" button and click on "Install Packages". It's the last entry if I recall correctly.
