Is Red Fox Ever Going Back Up?

Is red fox going to be like the hotel, where it's closed for like 1 1/2 years then opens again with an owner and employees who are never on? Or can it just be you click the door and it's like buying a gun, a little box comes up and you click the check mark when your ready to purchase.

well theres always glitchs and stuff not working. I think that when the Hotel is up they could use the hotel scripts for red fox...
