Bottom line is that it's nothing to worry about until the warning starts popping up for either unknown files/applications, or more then just RemoteControl2.exe.

py2exe was once falsely categorized as malware because someone used it to write a trojan.

You shouldn't worry about every single "Virus" alert. It even says it might be a Virus or unwanted program, which could technically mean that the Anti-Virus program THINKS it's a bad program.
