USA Phone payment

How come this doesn't work? I tried calling the number for a couple hours at a time but it keeps saying to call back at normal hours. A friend tried doing this too a few days back but it didnt work....Any help?

. Only way i can pay for my graal account because im a bit short on cash for a real subscription now.
