Playerlist improvements

Hi,

• Possibility to add custom server to the server tab
• Possibility to add friends by inputing the account name
• Possibility of adding friends when the people are offline
• Possbility to PM someone whos not on your Player/Friends list

Dunno, when I last tried adding some account to that, it didnt show them as buddies ingame o.ô

I've recommended custom servers to Stefan in-game, he said "hmmm".
