Peaceful Mode

There are no other servers that have such a system like GK in terms of this "pmode" option. Ring a bell and you can't be touched, you can even stand in the way of doors and block them from people.

The game lost popularity when people could not fight everyone else anymore. And items began to propagate the server that were too overpowered (rings of war, rings of strife, rings of elrond, all event items are unbalanced). Graal is a favorite game to many because you do not need to invest thousands of hours or hundreds of dollars into items to be "good" at it. It was determined on how well you played.

We have "safe zones" like a pub, or a trade house. I feel if we have these safe zones it should be more than enough for Graal Kingdoms. If you want to see people play again, balance the items out and remove Pmode. Kingdoms will war, and there will be things to do again. People will return, I know I would.

Gk's not a PKing server.

What you asking for is the same as Zodiac's osl being made a PK zone.

Remove the safe zones...It should be a simple choice, peace or battle.

There is no safe zones for battle -- Period. However, peace is...well obvious.

Hardly any servers have such a big power difference from weak to strong players. On classic, 2 newbies can pk a expert. On gk, 10 newbies wont break the ac of an expert.

Is that a problem of war or peacemode? No its a problem of the game mechanics, yet its basically right what you say, but most of the game would quit if you rebalance or reset it. Of course you can say, more people would come if there would be a fresh start, but thats basically only speculation.

Seriously: No. Kingdom would war more often if there was a fair kingdoms mode battle system, maybe kingdoms can seperate ranks in three classes, wisdom, magic, melee or archer, and when entering kmode they get special stats independent of what they wear.
Right now Wars is just 2 lvl 110 bashing 100 lvl 30-40.
Do you want to make the game fun as a newbie slashing game?
Soon everyone except strong players would leave the game or just idle in tradetables or MMT even more often than its already the case.

Make it so you go auto-bmode after level 60 or something. By then you should have decent ac/wc not to worry about getting killed every 5 minutes.

Not everyones on Graal Kingdoms intention is to kill everyone in sight, some people role play, and thats why we have Pmode.

The problem with getting rid of peaceful mode is that people would kill other people for laughs. For example, my brother got stuck on bmode, and then kicked out of the kingdom. He could not get off of pmode (staff, of course, would not help). He quit because there were like three different level 110 players who followed him and killed him when he was just trying to level in dungeons.

I would tend to agree with a level cap for pmode, 60 or 70 I guess.

these commonly proposed ideas would NOT cause that problem:
1. Forced bmode after a certain level
2. Forced bmode after a certain amount of gameplay time

People tend to get some demons into tradetables, lame idling people and pk all their diamonds out of them... surely some things should be changed.

And what the hell is wrong with people not willing to pk or being pked? Nothing.
If you start pking them for fun after they were forced into warmode, iam sure we will loose even more gamers on gk.

Leave it as it is, maybe introduce a new mode for kingdom battles.
