Hey all, I have filled a support ticket out that revolves around my playerworld. I had a dream about the server, and when I woke up to go and try to implement some things, I failed, because it said my IP was out of range. Basically, I'm just wondering if filling out a support ticket is enough? or is there some other steps I need to take in order to expedite the process, cause I'm ready to get back cranking.

LOL! Now that's just spam. Nice try at getting me flamed / moderated / banned. It almost came about 20% close to the halfway point of possibly working... ..maybe.

You think I'm joking. Graal Support is too amazingly under-staffed, the only way to get your ticket serviced quickly is to spam about it.

Most of the staff are inactive except for Bell, who generally answers within a few hours to a day.

Every support ticket I've sent was answered by Ibonic, Houndini or Bell in one or two days.

THANK YOU BELL! THANK YOU VULCAN! THANK YOU HOUDINI! AND ESPECIALLY, THANK YOU IBONIC! ^_^

You all assisted me, and for this, I greatly appreciate you all!! <3 <3

Oh, and Stefan, I strongly agree that all seasoned PWA should be able to fix a situation such as this for servers, because that is a huge burden and workload for just one person to handle, not to mention, the time delay. PWA all seem to be in different timezones, so it would allot for some 24/7 service, and would really be helpful. I know you may have your reasons for not allowing them to have these rights to do such things, however, the reasons for being able to allow them would have to not go unnoticed. ^_^

But anyway, thanks again y'all!
