It seems to me that when you level physical, the higher the better because you keep getting stronger. It becomes easier to kill monsters and players alike.

Magic, somewhat like wisdom is getting the screw. Once you get past the point that you can cast a high level spell, there is no point in leveling it anymore because you have all you need.

How about we get more skills that vary in harder skill levels? maybe a stronger spell that you have to be level 20 to cast. Then a level 25, 30,etc. That way there will be a reward for leveling magic.

Might also think up a system where agility and mental levels might be more useful.

Just a thought.

Good idea, i have level 21 magic but don't see the point of leveling it anymore because i will get nothing more out of it.

Higher magic increases the damage of your spells and other misc effects.
Every 5 magic levels, you shoot 1 more bullet per bullet storm, icestorm travels a little farther, destruction's radius increases, you make more arrows with create missile, etc etc.

Yes i know all that but you can't get anymore spells past level 18 they should be atleast a few higher level spells.

The time invested in leveling your magic past 20 is in most cases considered a waste however.

Also, they could modify some of the current spells to require higher levels.

I would like if agility did mean something. Like it gives you the chance to dodge. Or makes you better using a bow. All it really does is make you better at stealing. But at level 8 stealing you can steal from everything anyway.
