Support Center not responding?

Recently I created a ticket at the support center but it hasn't been answered in days. (priority High) I even bumped it with a reply but still no answer.

Are they all on a vacation or is it normal to wait that long?

Some of us are on vacation. It depends on the department you're using as to who needs to respond to the ticket.

If you put them on high priority or not they get to end on the same page. But since everyone puts even the must unimportant stuff to the highest priority it actually doesn't matter if you select it or not anymore.
