I can't login. When I try, it takes me to a page with errors. I tried with Opera and Firefox.

You're at the wrong URL.

http://support.cyberjoueurs.com is the actual support center. The one you've logged in to seems to be set up by someone else. Change your support center password immediately.

Yes seems to be a phishing site. You can also type "support.graalonline.com" which is redirecting to the good support center.
