Shield Images

I have a problem when it comes to TShowImg.actor shields. They absolutely refuse to detect and show the shield that I give it.

PHP Code:
PlayerImage.actor.shieldimg player.shieldimg
It won't copy it. The only shield that works is shield2.png x-x

Odd, I have done that many times and never experianced a problem. Are you noticing this with other default look variables like head and such?

And playerlook = false?
It is recommended to use "shield" instead of "shieldimg" I think, they were different before but now both are the same (I think).

Ahh, I was going to suggest that before but I thought I would look stupid posting that since I thought the shield variable was removed or something. Now that I think about it, I don't even use shieldimg, I just use shield!

Hmmm there is also some protection against using a shield or sword that doesn't fit to the shieldpower/swordpower of the player, so people cannot use shield2.png when they don't have shield power 2, although that might be useless nowadays.

You should remove it lol. Wasnt it for the days when the sword/shieldpower was defined through the images? (Did that actually happen? lol)

Ok checked it:
Use "shield" and everything will work fine.
For players and npcs there is "shieldimg" which is there for compatibility with GS1 (operator #2). Changing "shieldimg" or "swordimg" also updates the shieldpower and swordpower of the player.
The "actor"s in TShowImg/GuiShowImgCtrl don't have "shieldimg".
