Good transparency program?
I have a transparency program called Irfanview, but it seems to not be working .. and I am an uploader and need a good transparency program for Graal heads that is free

Can someone reccomend a good (free) program? It will be VERY much appreciated

For note, Graal tends to use 100% white and black as transparencies. Annoys the hell out of me.

IrfanView is fine. Well, I got Paint Shop Pro, so I am using it, but whats wrong with IrfanView?
