Well, I created a support ticket regarding this but it has been closed with no response .
I'm wanting to use my webspace so I can upload some videos etc but I can't even log in to it. Can anyone advise me on what I can do to do this? I believe I've used an old e-mail address so if possible a change to [email protected] would be great
