Mech logging

There seems to be a bug that is abused alot for bounties and such on guild wars. When player X has selected engineer and gets into a mech, he starts running around stomping on everyone. When he finally finds Player Y, he gets stunned. Player Y has worked and shown great teamwork to bring down this mech, but before he can get the surprise inside... Player X relogs while still in the mech, taking himself to the dropship so there is no way he can die aside from 40-50 proxies stacked in one spot. Yet that won't work because Player X put mine detector on 'd', unactivated his weapon, walked over to the mech, pressed 'a' and 'd' and got inside the mech while using mine detector.
Thus making player X invincible.

Well said.

In other words fix the mine detector bug which was described by Mr.Mastermind.

Fix GWARS so if you re-log in a mech you don't get warped back to dropship.

thats a good idea, but then it would destroy engineers, cause scouts can get on the bikes neways

It's a bad idea because mechs are/were fine additions.

i dunno but mechs ruin Gwers...maybe like a special powerfull wep for it in place of the mechs?

If you're not smart enough to HELP the people using electrons, then you deserve to get mech'd anyway.

There's NO ****ING POINT! As soon as one electron gets there, the guy in the mech reconnects.

i liek the glitch jo found is hwere u get on a bike and use D with jetpack then get near wateer then have like tons of allies near u then they go Boom andu get "You killed a team mate wat a mess."

Their is actually a simple solution to this.

If someone is in a mech, and re-logs, then they will be sent to the Zone Jail. If the person re-logs, and they are not in a mech, well then they will recieve no punishment.

Then people that get electroned in a mech will press "A" followed by "Alt"+"F4".

When entering and leaving a vehicle you should have 1-3 seconds before you can move, leaving you vulnerable.

Disable alt and escape while in the mech.

Alt-f4 should only allow you to log off, 5 seconds after you hit it. But that would change all of graal, not just Zone.

i don't like time to leave or enter mech because that can be the diff between life or death. Maybe add it so if you relog more than once while in amech on gwars you are killed? I think they should have a warning ime before punishment for osme of them.

Stop acting like ALT + F4 is just for Graal. It's a basic thing for all windows, too much trouble for such a stupid thing. Make logging bannable and problem solved.

You would need alot of mines though, this wont solve anything. The only thing would be to make it a bannable offense or make it so they get a death added everytime they log off while on any map besides spar.
