Graal X - The Revival

Well, I and several other old staff decided to revive Graal X. I am pretty sure we will end up getting back to where we used to be. For now, I will let you see a TWO-DAY difference in Graal X.

Also, before you see the pictures, the only reason why the light is on of the street light is because day-light system was not made yet, and will be finished by tomorrow so... yeah.

Basically, our plans for Graal X is to remake the original server levels into our newer tileset. We already merged our older and newer tileset into one, but until we finish all the levels, some tileset images of old gx still exist :O.

You can create levels with the tileset by logging on Graal X, going to updates, and downloading the Tileset Package. Then open the level g_tileset.nw in your Graal/Levels folder.

We are currently hiring Graphics, Levelers, Sounds, and Ganiers. Log on Graal X and pm my rc. Thanks.

Sorry, it did a lot better then almost EVERY private PW for a bit, and was on hosted tab, and hey.. I owned it

I dont really like the light and the fence looks kinda weird. Also the water/sand has no curve or you guys didnt finish the tileset?

People had a problem w/ me running it without getting staff permission, and Genmo said okay, but Warcaptain and others had ap roblem w/ Genmo.

So I am pausing it until the day I see either Heyhost / Kamikaze / Spyder / Hack ( One of those ) so yeah.

No the tileset is not finished at all, its partially complete.

It took about 5 minutes or so. Projectshifter helped :P.

And now our day/night system he did last night keeps switching from AM to PM anytime it wants.. boy do I love my PS

Who I am is irrelevant to the fact that your server IS Era.

Not to be degrading of Era or your server, but, isn't ONE Era enough? I mean, the sidewalk tiles, the GUI, nearly every thing looks like you're just attempting to rebuild Era.

Just because they have streets, doesn't mean they have guns.. not saying they don't, but not one gun has been developed yet so I don't know why you are saying it is Era?

Well, I hate to be so critical of your riveting argument that I saw no guns in the picture, but not only is there a box that says NO GUN OUT in the gui in the top left, there is also a picture of a gun in the box(es) right above that, which is rather contradictory, no? Also, the drink machine? Not like Era at all.

The GUI is 3 yrs old, and so is the drink machine. I literally took ALL the old stuff, threw it up, and started rescripting.
P.S. Era copied off IRL because there are drinking machines in my school, aswell as in stores. OMG

The yesterday pic was an offline picture of the backup I had before I threw it on.

...What happened to the last 50 servers you tried to revive, the graal clone you were going to make, and the Runescape store you had? Make up your mind as to what you're going to do, Kuji. I wouldn't expect this to be worked on for more than a month before Kuji goes and does something else.

Its interesting though how he's given no details on what the server is going to be, and its already an era clone, according to many of the posters here. Graal is a zelda clone, so screw you all.

Haha, if that was the gui for the "Graal X of Today" i'd totally stop the project... It is truly that bad of a GUI.

Uhm, I can multi task? I do run my store still, and the ONLY server i've ever tried to revive is Elven Lands. This is my own server Graal X which lived around 10 months and was bought the DAY PWs were purchasable.

Funny you should put Heyhost first, as he was the absolute worst of all of them. Hack would never give you permission, and no one else would if they knew what was good for the server.

Mmmkk...In case you people don't know this, Graal servers are for personal amusement, and to help strengthen your skills in developing. Why is it that everytime something new in a server comes along there always has to be atleast 1 negative comment towards, just because you dont like it doesnt mean that others wont, so why dont you just keep your negative comments to yourself and atleast try to feed us with something positive for change. And just because a server is modern doesnt mean its a damn Era clone. Btw just incase anyone is interested besides KuJi, I have done alot with the tileset and will be adding it today along with alot of other GFX I made
