ok..its ugly..its pointless and its religious...

all the bad things in graal..well most of them..ok some of them all combined into one...

here is a screen shot that Jinn sent me
its the only good use for it (besides making umm.. "videos")

Hmmm it looks very cool although may be
too many of the things are made lights because
you don't see much of the stuff there if you
don't have a direct3d card ...
like all the lights and books and lamps there

i can see lights(but i disabled), but they hurt my eyes..they could be toned down a little...

people making levels with lights need to take consideration for those who dont want to use lights/cant use lights.

well, tough :P there is also a little flag that was added to graal that detects if DX is off...use it for compatibility issues. Hehe, I have to for my HP/MP meter, since they both use alpha channel.

what does this flag do exactly?

and if stefan doesnt fix it then he may potentially have less renewing/joining customers. so dont just say it sucks for some people, etc

*sigh* do people never read the newfeatures2001.txt that comes with each new release of graal2001 let alone look through commands.rtf for new commands?

It might be better, some people are easily offended by those kind of things, plus it might give Graal a catholic look, which isn't particularly the case.

Eh? A catholic look? *looks at the church and does not think of Catholicism in any way* I simply see it as a church, or Christianity perhaps. But none of the demonations of Christianity. Just...Christianity in general. I think the church should stay, and not be changed. Because if you make the building not a church simply to appease the non-Christians, non-religious, or the people who don't like the church being there, then what about the people who want it there, or are Christian? Then they won't be happy, so its not fair to them. Leave the church I say, if you do not like it there, ignore it, don't play graal, or don't go into that area. Nothing forces you to go and see it.

I'm an athiest and I've had lots of heated arguments with theists on the matter, but I really can't see why the church is a bad thing.

Churches exist in the real world. Why not have them in Graal too? I haven't yet sued my town just because it has a church, and besides, churches have a unique feel to them that works well in Graal. People don't have to go/worship there.

people arent offended by not having their religion in a game, because its just a game.

but im am offended by people putting churches in games, especially when there are other places of worship, i feel like its pressed on me, and so do other...

there are now 2 churchs that both represent the cross..

So what if you are offeneded...just learn to accept. If I have to be tolerant of what you want, then show the same gratitude towards me.

It disgusts me that people want to teach "tolerance" in schools and stuff. The thing is, they want ME to be tolerant of other people's behaviors and such but they dont have to tolerate my faith and beliefs. What is wrong with that picture, can you tell me?

If you cannot respect a person's faith and believe then just leave or ignore it. I am not going to change just to satisfy you. I dont think Stefan should have to remove either church to satisfy you.
