"Equip Glitch" and "Run-To-The-Right Glitch"

Hi, this is my first post on these forums!
I'm sick of this glitch that pops up WAY too often while I'm playing Era.
The glitch has random requirements.
"EQUIP GLITCH"
Last Occured: Innermost room of Tachi ruins (Before Mars Event started)
What happened?: I was laying in a bed and equipped my AK-47. All of a sudden, it unequipped it. I got out of the bed and whenever I equipped ANY item, it auto unequipped it. Also, when I clicked, my melee attack fired.
That's only the Start!
"Run-To-The-Right Glitch"
During the EQUIP GLITCH, my character began to continously run to the right. I wasn't pressing any keys, my gamepad was unplugged and uninstalled (before this happened) and I contacted staff on Era, and he told me to change the key, restart Graal, and change it back, but the running glitch continued even after I changed the key AND restarted Graal. The right button wasn't pressed in any other application, other than Graal.

These glitches have happened at least 4 times by now. I don't know what it is, but it's really annoying.
