Graal4 IRC sendtext issue

I'm having problem using sendtext in scripting a v4 irc bot in gs1. The problem is that

sendtext irc,notice,destination,message;

seems to only work when the destination is either a channel or a bot. If the destination happens to be a player, it will not send/receive.

Notices that are directed to a single player are currently not displayed since it doesn't know in which channel it should be displayed, it could be changed though to display it in the current open channel.
